Caller named Ryan talking about BT phone lines. Asked for everything to be handled over email but claimed he could not use email himself. Very strange.
Initially claimed to be from BT about the analogue switch off. When I said I don't have BT services, they quickly changed their story which raised concerns.
The call went silent as soon as I answered, and then it ended within seconds, which strongly suggests it might be a scam or automated call.
